Recently announced by Game Changers, VNS is tackling a Game Changers challenge for Sellafield Ltd., focusing on an innovative decontamination solution for complex, highly contaminated vessels. Our solution could provide a significant step forward in Post Operational Clean Out (POCO).
We're exploring:
- Virtual Reality simulations of deploying one of our field-tested long reach manipulators for ultra-high-pressure water jet cleaning inside highly congested vessels
- Developing a Proof of Concept proposal and Business Case to accelerate our solution's Technology Readiness Level
This project has the potential to significantly advance nuclear decommissioning techniques.
